We are currently active in the field of employer branding for social media and social media recruiting campaigns for small and medium-sized companies.
We are currently in the development phase of an artificial intelligence (AI), which is extracted on the basis of advertised jobs and filled jobs on various portals. This AI is designed to autonomously place job advertisements for regional companies on various platforms based on location. It performs a comprehensive analysis of the job advertisements on various channels, as well as the active users, and correlates this data. The aim is to place fully automated advertisements on the portals with the highest concentration of qualified professionals and the lowest demand at the same time. These processes are analysed and evaluated automatically. Advertisements can also be automatically created on social media if the AI notices that there is a good and potential opportunity to attract employees there.
