In the KI-Garage workshop, experts collaborate with researchers to develop new perspectives at the intersection of science and practice. The focus lies on:

• What paths are possible alongside or beyond academic research?
• What concerns do researchers have when it comes to the future outlook of their work?
• How can one's research create tangible impact?

How do we want to achieve this?

We visit universities and colleges across Baden-Württemberg. Our format includes:

1. Impulse Talk: "What comes after publishing?"

• Highlighting the diverse possibilities that come with research

• Emphasizing the potential impact of research

2. Dialogue: "What’s next for YOU?"

• Encouraging researchers to reflect on their paths

• Discussing challenges and uncertainties

3. Breakout Session: "How does your research create impact?"

• Changing perspectives: viewing research in an application context

• Developing initial ideas for applying research
